This is not a family event, Cubs and Parents only.

Deadline to sign up and pay fee is September 15th

Date:  October 2nd – 4th

Time: Friday evening arrival 6:00-8:00 PM – OR - Saturday morning arrival 9:00-11:00 AM (Temperature checks will be taken at check-in)

Meals: Pack will cover the cost of providing the following meals-Saturday light breakfast, light lunch, campfire dinner, campfires snacks; breakfast Sunday morning.   Cubs should bring their favorite beverage.

Menu will be posted at a later date.

If you are coming Friday, eat or bring your dinner; all other meals will be in our Campsite.  The Pack will provide and prepare dinner and breakfast (Sat and Sun).  Webelos Scouts are encouraged to bring a mess kit so they may practice their Boy Scout camping skills.   Check the website (www.pack909.com) for recommended camping gear for this event. It is best to arrive no later than 7PM Friday or 11AM Saturday; this will leave you adequate time to set up your pad.  The day’s agenda will begin with an opening ceremony at the OA Arena.  Please see the Pack website for the Camporee agenda.  The target time for departure Sunday morning is no later than 10:30 AM.  Fishing is allowed, bring your pole –Catch and release only!  Don’t kill the fish!  Bring a camera for the one that didn’t get away.   PLEASE NOTE: Those staying both nights will get credit towards their Cub Scout Outdoor Activity Award.

BSA rules require that we have a minimum of one adult per every four Cub Scouts and each Tiger Cub must have his Tiger Coach accompany him to all Scouting functions. We also must have a completed Class 1 medical form on file for all boys attending any Scout Campout or Trip (these should have been turned in at the September Pack meeting).  A Pack T-Shirt ($10 each) is required for any Campout. When traveling to or from this event Cubs should wear their Class B T-Shirts.

 

Class-A shirts are to be worn at the OA Campfire.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
